1. Cancellation of Services

Cancellation requests will be considered only if made within 2 business days of placing an order or subscribing to our research services.

Once research reports, financial models, or client deliverables have been shared, cancellations will not be possible, as our products are digital in nature and delivered in a secure, irreversible format.

If a service involves collaboration with third-party vendors (e.g., hosting, data, or distribution partners), and their process has already been initiated, cancellations may not be honored.
2. Refunds
Refunds will only be issued under the following circumstances:

Wrong Deliverable: If you receive a report or service that does not match the scope outlined in your order. The issue must be reported to our support team within 2 business days of delivery.

Service Misalignment: If you believe that the delivered product substantially deviates from the description on our website or proposal, you must notify us within 2 business days of receiving the deliverable. Our team will review and determine the appropriate resolution.
3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 6–8 business days via the original method of payment, unless otherwise agreed.

Partial or full refunds will be determined based on the nature of the request and the extent of services already delivered.
4. Non-Refundable Items

Once digital research reports, financial models, or data sets have been downloaded, accessed, or delivered, they become non-refundable.

Subscriptions, retainers, or consulting engagements that have commenced are not eligible for refunds beyond the conditions listed above.
